How to order a video or photo transfer

Open Pricing & Order from the menu. Every price is on that page.

1. What are we transferring? and 2. Add-ons: use + and − to set how many of each you have. Your estimate at the side keeps a running total.

3. Your details and pickup address: name, email, phone, the best way to reach you, and where we collect your items. Add any notes for us.

Tip: Signed in? Your saved details are filled in for you. You can change them any time under My account › Contact and pickup address.

Click Send my order. We'll contact you to arrange pickup, and confirm the final amount before any work begins.

Tip: Changed your mind about the items? Click Clear quantities to start over.

Have a Gift card code or a friend's Referral code? Type it in the boxes next to the notes. It comes off your final charge.

VHS tapes are priced by how long they run. On the VHS card, set how many tapes are up to 2 hours, up to 4 hours and up to 6 hours.

Tip: The length is printed on the tape or its box (T-120 is 2 hours at normal speed). Not sure? Count it as up to 2 hours. We check every tape and confirm before we start.

Under Your originals, once they're transferred, choose what happens to your tapes and photos afterwards: send them back to you, keep them safe with us for a year, or recycle them responsibly.

After you send the order, open Follow my order to choose a pickup time, when we have times open.
