How to book a pickup time
Choose when we collect your tapes and photos.

Open the link in your order email, or click Follow my order after you send the order.

Under Pickup, the open times are listed by day. Each says whether we pick up at your address or you drop off with us. Click the time that suits you.

Click Book this time. The time shows on the same page, and we're told straight away. For a drop-off, it also shows our address.
Tip: No times listed? We'll contact you to set one. Need to change a booked time? Contact us with your order number.

The same box shows what you chose for Your originals afterwards.
