How to choose the main video and the covers
Pick which video plays as the event, and the picture shown for each video.
You need to be signed in to do this.

Open your event's edit page (Manage › My Events › Edit) and scroll to Videos. The main video is listed first as "The full event", then the mini clips.

To make a mini clip the main video, click ★ Make main video on it. The old main video becomes a mini clip in its place.

To change a cover, click Choose cover frame. Play or drag the video to the moment you want.

Click Use this frame as the cover (or Use as this clip's cover). On a clip, Use as the event's cover sets the event's cover from it instead.
